BLACKOUT is a sonic journey on acoustic guitars, electric guitars, and electric bass. The instruments are played using fishing line, violin bows, files, cymbals, metal brushes, electric screwdrivers, and more. The album starts purely acoustic and ends purely electric, manifesting all kinds of unexpected sound constellations along the way.
Written and produced by The Interstring Project. Recorded by Sebastián Zuleta at Ebinger Haus. Edited by Sebastián Zuleta and The Interstring Project. Mixed by Sebastián Zuleta. Mastered by Laurens Grossen for Motormusic Mastering. Art Direction by Christopher Katzenberger. Artwork by Fabian Schober.
